Leaving our trees to nature, juicy apples grow and ripen. Readily for harvest time-tonnes and tonnes of apples are handpicked. From Discovery’s to Russets, and then taken to our mill press. To be mashed into a fine pomace, then squeezed by a hydraulic belt-press to extract their sweet juices. Then freshly bottle apple juice or further fermentation to cider or cider vinegar
