Leaving our trees to nature, juicy apples grow and ripen. Readily for harvest. Tonnes and tonnes of apples are handpicked. From Discovery’s to Russets, then taken to our mill press. Finely mashed into pomace, then squeezed by a hydraulic belt-press to extract their sweet juices. Then either freshly bottle into apple juice or fermentation into cider or cider vinegar

Brewed with handpicked apples. Our ciders are pure, clean and refreshing. Finished to please a medium-dry pallet. None carbonated, making real ciders, with a traditional insight
